Lots of exciting things are going on here in the Lincoln area in August. Art in the park is taking place in Hooper Park August 10th and 11th 2013. Annie Allen of Roasted is hosting a women's retreat the 23rd, 24th and 25th. Go to her site for details. She is on my links page...... It's going to be a great time, as always here and there will, no doubt, be an huge amount of creative creatures running around these parts.....Come on out! |

Creating.... I am as excited as ever to finally get back in the saddle, so to speak and get tied up in design. I have posted 3 more creations and am hitting it for more one-of-a-kind work to share with everyone. As we speak I am in Lynchburg, Va and am getting a different kind of inspiration at my sons home outside of town....It's very peaceful and I am overwhelmed with being around good friends and great family. Enjoying the love! |

Well, today I am pleasantly surprised with the help of my good friend Buck and his expertise in many avenues....He assisted or instructed and did a huge part in cutting the antler tips for my feather carvings on my signature piece forthcoming. He also has put together the packaging for the 2 pieces I am working on.....He is a master and I sure appreciate him to no end. My wonderful partner in life and youngest son are awesome in their help as well......I am blessed beyond measure!
When we are given the opportunity to assist eachother in creating something in one day, we need to do so. It doesn't matter what it is as long as you create in a way that makes your spirit soar! |
